Good Stay, Spacious Room and Convenient Location

The room I stayed in provided ample space and comfort. I appreciated the proximity to the Woolwich Arsenal DLR and National Rail station, located conveniently across the road. Shops and dining options were easily accessible , all within a short walk.

the location was convenient with many shops and transport options nearby.
The cleanliness was really not good. the floors felt sticky and dirty. I could feel a disgusting dirt stain under my feet. also, the bathroom sink was blocked, so i stood in a pool of dirty water while i showered. it was pretty gross!!!

The room was spacious. a fridge in the wardrobe was useful. I appreciated having that. the tv offered many channel choices. i found the bed comfortable.
i had some issues with the shower. there was no hot water, even with the switch on. the kettle lead only reached a plug on the floor. also, the bathroom cabinet light did not work.
